GFRC projects are staffed by an appropriate mix of personnel, depending on project scope and budget. The office staff support field personnel, including project supervisors who are on-site and project managers, who oversee budget, schedule, and owner/architect relations. A field office is set up at most project sites. Site meetings are held on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. GFRC has a system for maintaining complete paper and electronic files for every project. Project documentation procedures are well developed for handling the complex information involved in the construction process.

Project Team
The best projects are the result of team effort. When the owner, architect, and builder all have the same vision of project quality, budget, and schedule, they work positively together to address questions and problems that arise during the project.

The construction team involves GFRC staff, as well as experienced subcontractors and suppliers in all core and specialty trades. We keep all construction members of the team organized and in concert with the owner's goals and the architect's vision.
