Scheduling is the core of our management process.

The project manager prepares the project schedule in consultation with the owner, architect, and subcontractors. The project supervisor prepares weekly management task lists. This two-step process allows our project team to be clear about rough and finish schedule objectives, and organizes the way to achieve them.

We take pride in our ability to schedule projects and have an outstanding record of on-time project deliveries.

Communication
GFRC project managers and supervisors are sensitive to the importance of communication having to do with construction and with many related issues, often involving family, neighbor, or community concerns.

To facilitate communication, projects are equipped with a networked laptop computer, fax machine, telephone, and digital camera for rapid processing and communication of complex information. All staff are reachable by cellphone/radios.
