residential condominium project,
is the first project in Brookline to be
awarded LEED for Homes certification
by the U.S. Green Building Council for
achievement in green homebuilding. The residences include geothermal heating
and cooling, and environmentally friendly
building materials. In designing the project,
Eck MacNeely Architects combined a 19th
century Queen Anne historic residence
with a large complementary addition.
