Located on a private way in Boston's North End, this 2,400sf building was converted from a rooming house into a single family dwelling with an office suite, involving a complete renovation with all trades. The challenge of working in a confined urban location was successfully met, resulting in a comfortable residence and professional office knit into the fabric of a historic neighborhood.
