Scheduling is the core of our management process. We prepare the project schedule in consultation with the owner, architect, and subcontractors, as well as weekly management task lists. This two-step process allows our project team to be clear about rough and finish schedule objectives, and organizes the way to achieve them. We take pride in our ability to schedule projects and have an excellent record of managing project deliveries on time.


We are sensitive to the importance of communication having to do with construction and with related issues, often involving family, neighbors, or community concerns. To facilitate communication, projects are equipped with digital media, such as smart phones, laptops, digital cameras, and internet access for rapid processing and communication of complex information.  We are reachable by cell phone, email, or through the GFRC office.
